2.1 - Odd Mouse Behavior on Side Link
When you move your cursor over the Fleet link on the left, the pointer arrow/mouse behavior is inconsistent. I fyou mouse over the middle of the button, it stays as a pointer, if you mouse over the left or right edges, it becomes a mousehand. There's no problem with clickability, but the cursor behavior should be consistent.
