Change [a] option to "Thank you for requesting a digital key. The system will automatically transmit the key to your smartphone once the room is ready on the day of your arrival." Change the matching feedback to "Great! You thanked the Guest and told them what condition needs to be met for them to receive their digital key."

Change [b] option to "Thank you for requesting a digital key. You’ll receive your digital key on your smartphone automatically on the day of your arrival." Change the matching feedback to "You answered the Guest’s question, but you left out the condition that needs to be met before she will receive her digital key.
