4.6-400 - Mass Changes

- CHANGE THE ANSWER OPTIONS: Add the departure time in OnQ PM. Create a new keycard with the extended departure time, but you do not give the Guest this keycard. Instead, create a duplicate digital key, which will appear in the Guest’s Hilton HHonors app. [incorrect]
Update the departure time in OnQ PM. Create a new keycard with the new departure time and give the Guest this keycard. Explain to Mr. Green that he can not use a digital key after his check-out has been extended. [Incorrect]
Update the departure time in OnQ PM. Then indicate the new check-out time using the drop-down late checkout field in the dashboard., and issue Mr. Green a new digital key. [correct]
