In HOSPITALITY, change the end of that text - "even the shortest interactions are unique, personal, and welcoming."
In INTEGRITY, replace "competent" with "dependable."
In LEADERSHIP, replace entire sentence that's in italics with "For the digital Key Guest this means showing appreciation that our guests are using industry leading technology."
In OWNERSHIP, after "responsibility" add "and being approachable."
