Left panel text first sentence should read: "How do I handle back to back reservations?"
Change page title to "Back to Back Reservations"
Replace onscreen text in main body with this:
"For Guests who have back to back reservations, the digital key will stop working after the first stay, unless you take action.
If you are able, combine the reservations into one stay, and cancel the second portion of the stay. In that case, the Guest will be able to get a digital key for the entirety of their stay.
If you are unable to combine the stays (for example, a rewards stay with a paid stay), you will need to ensure that the Guests is provided either a digital key or a keycard for the second part of the stay.
If you discover that the Guest has a second reservation after they are in-house , they will not be able to get a digital key for the second stay. They must be issued a keycard for the second portion of the stay. Ensure that you communicate with the Guest as soon as possible and let them know when their digital key will stop working. Ensure that you ask the Guest how they would like to receive the new keys, offering delivery as the first option.
Always work to minimize Guest inconvenience in this situation."
