10.0 - 300 - Changes to Arrow #2

  1. Change 1st opening paragraph on left to "The Status column indicates the current status of the reservation. Seven new status options have been added for digital key Guests:"

  2. Change the Manually Checked-In text to "The reservation has been checked in manually by the Front Desk instead of waiting for the automated check-in process."

  3. Change the CC Declined text to "The Guest's credit card has been declined. The Guest may receive a message with instructions to stop by the front desk. The Guest will be given two opportunities to provide a different credit card."

  4. Cut the text "on their smartphone" from the CC Process Error and Digital Key not Provisioned statements.

  5. Cut "some type of" from the Pending Digital Key Approval text.
