Cancellations

When the Guest receives their digital key, they are considered in-house. However, if they call before the deadline, they can still be released from that reservation, without penalty.

The reservation cannot be cancelled in OnQ PM using the Cancel button. Instead, the reservation must be checked out.

  1. Make a note in the OnQ PM comments field that that the Guest had called to cancel after the room had been automatically checked in and the digital key had been issued..
  2. Check the room out in OnQ PM and alert Housekeeping.

  1. (If applicable) Post the late cancellation charge, if applicable.
  2. Check out the room and alert housekeeping.

Important: Do not let the reservation run overnight as an occupied room.
