4.0-500 - Text Changes to Game

Several here:

  1. Change [a] option to "Thank you for requesting a digital key. The system will automatically transmit the key to your smartphone once the room is ready on the day of your arrival." Change the matching feedback to "Great! You thanked the Guest and told them what they can expect."

  2. Change [b] option to "Thank you for requesting a digital key. You’ll receive your digital key on your smartphone automatically on the day of your arrival, as long as the credit card on file has been accepted for payment." Change the matching feedback to "Remember, the Guest has already requested a digital key so you do not need to discuss credit card details with them. After thanking the Guest, you only need to let them know what they should expect next. Click View Job Aid, and then try again."

  3. Change [c] option to "Thank you for requesting a digital key. Let me get some additional information from you to get the process started." Change matching feedback to "Remember, the Guest has already requested a digital key. All of the necessary information is already in their Hilton HHonors account. After thanking the Guest, you only need to let them know what they should expect next. Click View Job Aid, and then try again."
