Change the correct feedback to "Well done! If the room is ready, you may use the Early CheckIn function to issue Mr. Ford a new digital key. Remember to make a note on the reservation that Mrs. Ford’s keycard should be a duplicate. Hers will have the same access rights as the digital key."
Change the [b] incorrect feedback to "Sorry, that is not the best response. If you use the Early CheckIn function to issue Mr. Ford a new digital key, he can get it now. But if you issue his wife a new keycard when she arrives it will invalidate his digital key. You need to make sure her keycard is a duplicate. Click View Job Aid. Then try again."
