"For Hilton HHonors members that have selected breakfast as their My Way option (at applicable Brands), one of the methods below should be used to ensure the Guest receives their benefit:
• Deliver coupons/vouchers to the room. This is the preferred method, as it is the most convenient for the Guest. You might also consider delivering bottled water at the same time.
• Use the coupon report at the breakfast outlet and eliminate the need for coupons.

• Ask the Guest to pick up the coupons at the front desk at their convenience. This option should be used as a last resort as this may be inconvenient for the Guest.
Whichever method your hotel chooses, it will be featured in the "From the Front Desk" section of the HHonors app. It is critical that your hotel makes every effort to ensure that all HHonors Guests receive all applicable on property benefits in a timely manner."
