4.4-200 - Text Changes

  1. Edit first sentence to "Digital key Guests must be given priority over non-digital key Guests (with the exception of Diamond HHonors members).

  2. Leave the 2nd sentence as is. Change the "Upgrades should be processed" and bullets to:

"Once your hotel has determined how many complimentary upgrades are available to award to your best Guests, below is the order in which they should be processed:

  1. ALL Diamond HHonors members (with priority given to digital key Guests)
  2. ALL Gold HHonors members (with priority given to digital key Guests)"
