4.1 - 500 - CREATE NEW SCREEN 2nd Part of "Issues Which Require IT Support"

  1. Keep left-side text the same.

  2. New header: [bold this] The Notify Support Button within the Dashboard

  3. [body of text] This is where you can also share details on a Digital Key issues. Click the button and share details and a full description about the issue.  When you click Save, the form will be sent to IT, and they will update and follow up as needed.

You may only submit one instance per Guest stay. If you have additional issues with digital key during the Guest's stay, then you will need to contact IT support via the iSupport form.

  1. Add an image to it -- use the one on pg 2 of the Support.ppt found at C:\Users\cdent\Dropbox (Digitec)\hilton_str_design_strategy_11_18_2014\PM\Punchlists.

If that isn't a quality-enough pair of images, let me know, because we'll have to request a better one.
