4.2-400 - Restore "Locked Out of Room" Screen
Restore the "Locked Out of Room" screen to 400, while removing the incorrect "Digital Key Issuing Fails" screen. This was meant to be deleted from the module altogether; instead, the Fails screen was the one kept and the Locked Out screen was deleted.
