In left panel text: Second paragraph should read: The morning after the family arrives, Mrs. Hara stops by the front desk to request a keycard, because she wants one for herself.
Under Additional Guests, First paragraph should read: Because only one digital key can be issued for a room, you will need to issue duplicate keycards to any additional Guests who share the same room and need an additional key:
delete the entire "Special Note"
