Under "Lost Phone" last paragraph should read: If the Guest is not at the hotel and calls to tell you they have lost their phone, please follow your hotel’s procedure to inhibit the lock. To inhibit the lock, insert a new keycard into the lock. Continue the process above when the Guest arrives.
