Change to "If a digital key has not yet been issued, you can use the drop-down box in the Late CheckOut Time column to indicate that the Guest has requested a late check-out time. Times available to select range from 1:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. in one-hour increments.
If the check-out time requested is prior to your hotel’s key expiration time, no action is needed.
If the requested check-out time is after your hotel key’s expiration time, select the appropriate time from the dropdown."
