Change to "The Additional Access box displays special permissions that you can grant to digital key Guests who have not yet been issued a digital key. Example options that might be displayed are: parking and lounge. After checking the permissions you want to grant, click the Save button. You will then see a pop-up box that will ask you to confirm your selected permissions.

Note you can also add special permissions to a reservation in OnQ PM by entering the appropriate special request code, once they’ve been set up in Digital Check-in Settings. When you add permissions using OnQ PM, the permission will be checked automatically in the Additional Access box."
