2.0-200 = Change Screen to Add Third Column
This goes along with the former 3.5 note, which has now been closed.

Add a third column here and make it Number 3. Test should be "The final part of this step is for me to confirm or provide my credit card information." New screenshot coming from Dana. Use FPO of current cap for now.
