"Once the digital key is issued, the Guest is checked in to OnQ PM. If the Guest’s plans change and they do not arrive at the hotel they will still show as in-house in OnQ PM. We may not know that they didn’t arrive until Housekeeping takes note of the vacant room the next morning."
