4.6-200 - Text Changes

  1. Left-side text:

Ms. Botha is a Hilton HHonors member and frequent business Guest. On her day of departure, Ms. Botha calls the front desk and asks for late check-out.

What should you do in this situation?

  1. Main screen text:

Late Check-Out

Requested Departure is BEFORE the Key Expiration Time

If a digital key Guest requests a late check out before the key expiration time, you follow the same procedures you do for a keycard.

Requested Departure is AFTER the Key Expiration Time If a Guest using a digital key wants a late check out and the requested departure time is after your hotel’s key expiration time, you will:

  1. Check the room's availability and determine if the request can be granted.
  2. Update the estimated departure time in OnQ PM.
  3. Go to the dashboard and indicate the new check-out time using the drop-down Late CheckOut Time field to extend the digital key.

Note: some hotel keys may not expire at check-out time. Please check with your manager to verify the key expiration time.
